These days I'm doing the businessy things that I need to do — like building this website, registering with the state, etc — in order to officially sell my pottery.
It's spring in Athens, so we're getting our garden going and enjoying the spring snacks that pop up like morels (!!) and dandelion fritters from our yard. I'm pretty stoked to put our tomato and pepper babies in the ground this year and not have to take down problem trees, build a fence, and build garden boxes like we did last year. 😅
I've had a pottery wheel at home since February, and that's been awesome! At times it's a wee bit lonely. I'm taking my pieces back and forth to Dairy Barn for bisque and glaze firings, so I still get to catch up with friends when I pop in.
I've also been making signs and going to protests and calling my elected officials because I don't like facism and raC/Pists.
